MOSS Supply Chain Strategy

Launching a conceptual brand and its global supply chain strategy, with a strong focus on sustainable sourcing. The process started with coming up with the brand vision, missions, and values. Followed by major categories from 

  • Product Development (Techpack design and material selection)
  • Product and Pricing (Evaluated from cost sheet)
  • Country Research
  • Supplier Research
  • Sourcing Strategy


The final delivery includes an extensive supply chain strategy determining the sourcing countries and suppliers based on the evaluation of overall risk and opportunities. In addition to the distribution strategy, with a final selection of carrier partner that has the most aligned value with our brand, MOSS.
