AMBUSH Geographic Expansion
The initiative was to develop a geographic expansion for AMBUSH, a Japanese luxury streetwear brand entering the US market. The major objectives are assisting AMBUSH to achieve a higher level of global awareness, increase loyal customers, and expand its profit stream.
Through holistic secondary and primary research, including industry and market analysis, location research, and identifying the target customers, the key findings enable me to form the strategic plan and IMC to support spreading the initiative into the new market.
Role:
- Led the overall research and analysis, from industry and market analysis, target customer segmentation, marketing mix, IMC plan, and sales forecast with revenue projections
- Director of the photo shoot, including styling and photo editing
- Coordinating with interior designers for the store rendering
